What are the foods that should be avoided when on a 1200 cal diet?

These are the foods should be not included when you are on a 1200 cal diet:

  • Desserts and sweets.
  • Alcohol.
  • Red meat.
  • Butter, cheese and ghee.
  • Oily and fried snacks.
  • White rice, white flour, white bread, pasta.

    Hi, this is awesome, i need some suggestion for myself .

    i am a gym going person from past 2 years . I have not lost much weight though but i can see the changes in my pictures very clearly . Its very positive and my west is 34 now which was 36 2 years ago. The problem with my workout is that i didn’t follow any diet plan that’s why after doing so much effort i was not getting what i could have got with proper diet plan.

    So please suggest my a north Indian diet plan for a gym going person:
    my BMR is 1778. i want to lose approx 6-7 kg in next 6 months i am a regular gym guy. So what all i need to follow this time is a good diet plan. Please suggest.
